BIOGRAPHY
Sarah Wagoner is a Policy Analyst for Environmental and Energy Policy in the Center for Energy, Climate, and Environment at The Heritage Foundation.
Prior to joining Heritage, she was a research assistant at the Economic Policy Innovation Center (EPIC) and a Master’s Research Fellow at the Mercatus Center. Her work has focused on economic, energy, and regulatory policy areas and she has been published in media outlets including The Center Square.
Wagoner holds a Master of Arts in Economics from George Mason University, along with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and History from Hillsdale College.
