Moms for Liberty Co-Founder Named VP of Heritage Action for America

Tiffany Justice, the co-founder of the conservative parental rights group Moms for Liberty, will become the new executive vice president of Heritage Action for America, the organization announced Monday.

Justice became a visiting fellow at The Heritage Foundation earlier this year and chairs the “parental rights initiative.” 

She gained national prominence since founding the nonprofit group Moms for Liberty in 2021, which has advocated on behalf of parents who object to critical race theory in school curricula, COVID-19 school masking policies, and other parental rights issues.

The group is currently spread across 48 states with 325 chapters and has hosted conservative figures such as President Donald Trump, Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis, and Vivek Ramaswamy at its conferences.

Justice was involved in get-out-the-vote efforts in the 2024 elections and has successfully lobbied for conservative educational policies in Florida, South Carolina, Wisconsin, and Wyoming.

“Tiffany Justice is exactly the kind of bold, fearless leader we need to lead that charge. Tiffany’s proven track record of galvanizing grassroots, developing meaningful relationships across the country, and delivering results describes the future of our organization—and is how we will revitalize our republic,” said Kevin Roberts, president of The Heritage Foundation and Heritage Action, in a press release.

Justice said in a statement of her appointment, “We’ll unite Americans around commonsense, conservative solutions that strengthen families, protect freedoms, and deliver real results.”

In statements provided to The Daily Signal, multiple conservative politicians praised the appointment.

“Tiffany is a patriot and has been fighting for parents and the rights of all Americans for years,” said Rep. Jim Jordan, R-Ohio.

“Tiffany has been an amazing advocate for our students and parental rights and has led impressive grassroots efforts around the nation,” Sen. Rick Scott, R-Fla., said. “I am confident she will do an incredible job leading Heritage Action as a warrior for conservative principles.” 

Gov. Sarah Huckabee Sanders, R-Ark., also praised Justice, saying, “Tiffany Justice and her team at Moms for Liberty put parental rights and education freedom at the forefront of everyone’s agenda. As a mom of three kids and as a governor who has championed school choice and the fight against critical race theory and men in women’s sports, I know we can always count on Tiffany to support our cause.”
