Lifeline Children’s Services: Free, confidential adoption support to help expecting mothers look at their options and see whether adoption is right for them.

Obria Medical Clinics: A pro-life alternative to Planned Parenthood, Obria runs over 30 pregnancy crisis centers in six states.

Pregnancy Decision Line: A confidential, no-cost support line with trained coaches for those facing an unexpected pregnancy. The website also offers a pregnancy care center locator.

Susan B. Anthony List: A resource list offers a live chat, phone help line, pregnancy center locator, and other information for those considering, or healing from, an abortion.

Save the Storks: A program to help expand access, resources, and education for women facing unexpected pregnancy. It operates over 65 buses in 27 states to bring ultrasound services, pregnancy tests, and STI testing to women. It also offers a pro-life database.

Let Them Live: This individually tailored financial assistance program is for expecting mothers in need of help to pay for rent, utilities, car payments, gas, food, a baby registry, financial literacy classes, and counseling, as well as assistance in finding full-time employment.

Heartbeat International: This worldwide directory helps users locate pregnancy resources in their area.
