It gained its reputation by suing Ku Klux Klan groups into bankruptcy, and later started publishing a “hate map” with Klan chapters that grew to include many other organizations, including mainstream conservative and Christian nonprofits such as Focus on the Family, Moms for Liberty, and Turning Point USA.

How Did This Leftist Group Smuggle Its Divisive Ideas Into 169 School Districts, Without Parents Knowing?

The Southern Poverty Law Center has spread its woke activist agenda in education to at least 169 school districts in 42 states, according to a new report, and the impact of teachers unions helps explain this expansive influence. Learning for Justice, the SPLC’s education arm, promotes “social justice” activism, pushes racially divisive messaging, and advocates…

‘MONETIZING HATE’: Alabama AG Investigates SPLC for Deceptive Practices Amid KKK Funding Scandal

Alabama Attorney General Steve Marshall is demanding the Southern Poverty Law Center hand over donor information, fundraising solicitations, and other internal documents after a federal grand jury indicted the SPLC for allegedly funding members of the very hate groups the SPLC claims it exists to “dismantle.” Marshall’s office issued a formal subpoena to the Montgomery-based…

Former SPLC Staffer Spills the Beans on Union-Busting, Israel, Racial Discrimination Claims

While the censorship industrial complex has suffered setbacks, it enjoys a persistent influence—notably at Anthropic, the…

    The Deep State Strikes Back

Last month, the Justice Department targeted a central hub of the Left’s cancel culture machine that weaponized the federal government under President Joe Biden. Just over a week later, Democrats received a “whistleblower” report claiming that the DOJ rushed the indictment against the Southern Poverty Law Center. To my eyes, this looks like a deep…

The Biden Admin’s Anti-Christian Bias Was Even Worse Than You Think

Joe Biden’s presidency was even worse for Christians than you think, according to an exhaustive report from the Justice Department’s Task Force to Eradicate Anti-Christian Bias, published Thursday. The anti-Christian bias seeped into official policy across the federal government, from personnel matters—where Christians’ requests for time off around Easter Sunday were met with suspicion in…

Southern Poverty Law Center Gets Taste of Its Own Debanking Medicine

After years of the Southern Poverty Law Center demanding that charitable foundations blacklist conservative and Christian nonprofits, the shoe is finally on the other foot: Fidelity Charitable has denied contributions to the SPLC. Fidelity hasn’t targeted the SPLC for ideological reasons in the same way the SPLC targets conservatives, however—America’s largest sponsor of donor-advised funds…
