Victoria Hughes is co-chair of America250’s Civics, History, & America’s Future Advisory Council. She began her career teaching American history in 1976 and later worked at The Heritage Foundation. She served as founding president of the Bill of Rights Institute and capped her career with the Ashbrook Center at Ashland University.
