Judy Lopez is Program Manager for Social and Domestic Policy at The Heritage Foundation, where she supports the Restoring American Wellness portfolio, including work on chronic disease reversal and medical freedom.

Lopez focuses on coalition alignment, policy priorities, and state-level efforts to strengthen informed consent and protect families from government overreach. Previously, she led partnership engagement and coalition-building on Heritage’s outreach team and worked in global health focused on aid effectiveness, as well as political marketing, communications, and fundraising.

She holds an M.S. in Global Health focused on international development.
