Ruby Chen

Ruby Chen is the father of Itay Chen, a 19-year-old Israeli-American and the youngest U.S. citizen killed by Hamas on Oct. 7, 2023. Itay’s remains were held in Gaza until November 2025, when he was returned as the last American hostage.
