Violent riots and looting have spread like an infectious disease across America in the aftermath of the killing of George Floyd in Minneapolis on May 25.
Rioters’ demands for justice quickly spiraled into calls to defund police departments across America. Demonstrators have set businesses on fire, looted shops, and carried out planned attacks against police officers and federal buildings.
