On Wednesday, the Supreme Court heard the third day of oral arguments for and against Obamacare’s individual mandate. The day’s discussion mostly revolved around the issue of severability: is the mandate so closely tied with the rest of the law that the court cannot strike it down without invalidating the rest of Obamacare?
Make sure you check out the day’s preview from Heritage’s Todd Gaziano, and make sure you stay tuned for his roundup of the day’s events. For now, here is full audio and a transcript of today’s oral arguments:

1 commentEverything has to be repealed! It's irrational and impractical! 2700 pages clearly indicates more than meets the eye with ongoing contention! Every page has to be gone through when this overreach by government has caused immense distrust, vulnerability and fear! There's nothing stable, certain, or guaranteed! Government imposing "Exchange" is a code word that will work to the government advantage eventually giving government full control! Please, there is no benefit to all of America(ns)! All implements of this health care plan imposed by government plan of authority are criminal acts against America(ns) that's causing a financial crisis! For those that leech (able bodied) that's always costed everyone else, doesn't make sense to add costs to "insure" them to the costs of their health care expense already given them! Members of government prove their incompetence and lack of integrity and their disliking of America(ns.) Giving government control of health care will prove greater loss in all areas, the major one being FREEDOM!
