Trey Gowdy Grills IRS Commissioner on Targeting Scandal

The House investigation of the IRS targeting scandal has reached a boiling point on Capitol Hill.  Yesterday, Rep. Trey Gowdy, R-S.C., went head to head with IRS commissioner John Koskinen, challenging his claim that there has been no criminal conduct at the IRS.
