WATCH: Bloggers Briefing on Expansion of Government and Tax Freedom Day

Is it too late to turn the ship around? That’s the question James Antle explores in his new book, Devouring Freedom. Antle, who is editor of the Daily Caller News Foundation, will join us at noon ET for the Bloggers Briefing to talk about what we can expect during President Obama’s next four years — and if anyone in Washington will be able to stop the expansion of government.

We’ll also get an update on Tax Freedom Day 2013 from the Tax Foundation’s Joseph Henchman. Tax Freedom Day is when the nation as a whole has earned enough money to pay off its total tax bill for the year.

And we’ll hear from Kat Murti of the Mercatus Center at George Mason University about the newly released Freedom in the 50 States report. Mercatus scored all 50 states on more than 200 policies, including fiscal policy, regulatory policy, and personal freedom.
